Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures for cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response investigations and threat hunting operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior team members and drive security awareness programs
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in SIEM, EDR, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Background in financial services or critical infrastructure preferred
