Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced SQL queries and Python scripting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong visualization skills with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
