We are looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite security operations center in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in protecting our enterprise infrastructure from sophisticated cyber threats and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events using advanced SIEM tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses before they are exploited.
- Lead incident response efforts, including malware analysis and threat hunting.
- Develop and maintain robust security policies and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic and system logs for suspicious activities using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security gaps.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents, including malware analysis and threat hunting.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
