Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure equity options trading systems during weekend market hours
- Lead incident response for trading platform security breaches
- Develop SIEM correlation rules for options market data anomalies
- Conduct penetration testing on derivative trading APIs
- Coordinate with trading desks to implement zero-trust architectures
- Document compliance with SEC and FINRA cybersecurity mandates
- Mentor junior analysts on financial system vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years cybersecurity experience with financial trading systems
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or CISSP required
- Expert knowledge of equity options trading workflows
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
- Experience with FIX protocol security hardening
- Proficiency in Python for security automation
- Understanding of SEC Regulation SCI and FINRA rules
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
