Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for our financial systems.
- Manage and maintain our SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall configurations.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead security awareness training for employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption, and security architectures.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
