Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and security policies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure software architectures.
- Perform security audits and compliance reporting (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Certification such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or SOC operations.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
