Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and market trends.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive, accurate reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear, understandable narratives for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data needs and drive process improvements.
- Modeling: Develop statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast future business outcomes and revenue streams.
- Data Quality: Implement and monitor data governance protocols to ensure integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python, or R. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data modeling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
