Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols across cloud, network, and endpoint environments
- Lead incident response for security breaches, conducting forensic analysis and root cause investigations
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python, Ansible, and SIEM tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and present security briefings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or threat intelligence
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GCIH (required)
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for security automation
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust architectures
- Experience with vulnerability management tools (Nessus, Qualys)
