Responsibilities
- Conduct threat intelligence analysis and incident response coordination
- Design and implement advanced security controls for cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across enterprise systems
- Develop security awareness training programs for staff
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC preferred
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and system hardening
- Ability to obtain government security clearance if required
