We're urgently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Washington DC. You'll transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across government and private sector clients. Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast business outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with federal contracting background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of DoD/GSA compliance requirements
- Experience with AWS/Azure data services and ETL processes
- Clearable security clearance preferred
