Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time business insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines for seamless data integration
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to drive product optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets (10M+ records) in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
