Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Lead incident response investigations for complex cyber threats including ransomware and APT attacks
- Develop and execute vulnerability management programs across hybrid cloud environments
- Conduct penetration testing and security assessments for enterprise clients
- Create executive-level security dashboards and threat intelligence reports
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement secure coding practices
- Maintain compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with SOC operations
- Active CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certification (e.g., GCIH, GCFA)
- Expertise in threat hunting, malware analysis, and digital forensics
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
