As part of our security operations center (SOC), you will work alongside industry experts to ensure our enterprise architecture remains resilient against evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Enforce strict security policies and ensure compliance with SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Investigate complex security breaches, perform root cause analysis, and document findings.
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence reports to support proactive defense strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, network security, or SOC operations.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, GCIH, or CCNA Security are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Bash) for security automation and remediation.
