Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for security breaches and cyberattacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security documentation (playbooks, policies, reports)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Stay updated on emerging threats and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Experience with network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
