Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools
- Conduct forensic investigations of security incidents and breaches
- Develop incident response playbooks for ransomware and APT attacks
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives
- Maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ in SOC environments
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security architecture
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, CrowdStrike, or Palo Alto Networks
- Strong Python/SQL scripting for automation
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Proven track record of reducing MTTR by 40%+
