Responsibilities
- Perform Data Cleansing: Retrieve, clean, and transform raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Trend Identification: Identify emerging patterns and anomalies in data, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing data trends, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our internal databases and data warehousing structures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
