Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and organize data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Report Generation: Create clear, professional reports and visual dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies in the data.
- SQL & Database Support: Assist in writing and optimizing basic SQL queries to retrieve necessary data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor data to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a huge plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in data and ensure accuracy in all outputs.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Location Availability: Must reside within the United States (Open to candidates in Memphis, TN and Georgia).
