Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Create automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product development
- Present findings through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Advanced Excel skills with mastery of VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python/R
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with excellent time management for part-time workflow
