Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats across enterprise systems 24/7
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents during weekend shifts
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security protocols (SIEM, IDS/IPS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident response
- Document security events and generate compliance reports
- Stay current with emerging cyber threats and countermeasures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
