Responsibilities
- Lead security incident response and threat hunting operations across cloud/on-prem environments
- Design and implement advanced SIEM/SOAR solutions for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments using industry-standard tools
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks and access control policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
- Generate executive-level security risk assessments and remediation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required (CEH acceptable)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and Palo Alto Networks/Splunk platforms
- Proven experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence integration
- Strong background in cloud security architectures and containerized environments
- Ability to manage high-pressure incident response scenarios
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
