Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and business metrics in real-time.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and data storytelling.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into analytical models.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
