Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and maintain security controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare and present security reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in information security or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel) and EDR solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
