Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist in maintaining network security protocols and software updates
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system issues
- Deliver clear technical guidance to non-technical users
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with hands for extended periods
- Valid Alaska driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training programs
