We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead our threat detection and response efforts. As part of our elite Security Operations Center (SOC), you will utilize cutting-edge tools to monitor network traffic, identify vulnerabilities, and neutralize threats before they impact our clients. What You Will Do:
- Threat Detection & Response: Monitor security alerts via SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and conduct forensic analysis of security incidents.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to industry standards such as NIST, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA through regular audits and policy reviews.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Execute penetration testing and vulnerability scans to proactively identify weaknesses in our network architecture.
- Security Architecture: Collaborate with engineering teams to implement robust security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols.
- Incident Management: Lead the incident response process, coordinating with legal and IT teams to minimize downtime and data loss.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM tools to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure business continuity during cyber incidents.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement security controls across cloud and on-premise environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Certification such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis, SOC operations, or network security.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm) and endpoint protection solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
