Responsibilities
- Lead incident response for complex cyber attacks, including ransomware and APTs
- Design and deploy advanced SIEM solutions with threat intelligence integration
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid cloud environments
- Mentor junior analysts and develop security automation frameworks
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for breach mitigation
- Present executive-level security posture reports to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in SOC operations
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security tools and cloud-native architectures
- Proven experience with Splunk, QRadar, or similar SIEM platforms
- Strong knowledge of NIST CSF and GDPR compliance frameworks
- Ability to thrive under pressure during high-stakes incident response
