Your Mission:
Protect our organization's assets by proactively identifying and mitigating security risks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our infrastructure.
- Investigate and remediate security breaches, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement patch management and secure configurations.
- Develop and conduct security awareness training for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a SOC, Security Analyst, or Penetration Testing role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and threat hunting methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to critical security events.
