Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design secure network architectures.
- Perform forensic analysis on security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and industry trends to ensure proactive defense.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with security tools such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and DLP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
