Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for security breaches, conducting forensic analysis and mitigation
- Develop zero-trust architecture solutions for cloud and hybrid environments
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across enterprise systems
- Create executive security dashboards translating threat intelligence into actionable insights
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness programs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat analysis or incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required (CEH/GSEC preferred)
- Expertise in NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols, cryptography, and IDS/IPS systems
- Experience with security automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Ansible)
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes security incidents under pressure
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for executive reporting
