Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring using Splunk and IBM QRadar
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and incident response for APT campaigns
- Develop and maintain NIST 800-53 compliant security frameworks
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement secure CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and document security procedures
- Present quarterly risk assessments to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or related field + 5+ years experience
- Active CISSP or CISM certification required
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure security services
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Experience with SOAR platforms like Palo Alto Cortex
- Validated incident response handling (IR-504/IR-515)
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
