Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting and incident response operations using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Develop and implement zero-trust security architectures for cloud and hybrid environments
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and analyze APT campaigns using threat intelligence feeds (Mandiant, CrowdStrike)
- Document security procedures and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security awareness programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC (GCIH/GCSM) required
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Experience with SOC operations and security orchestration platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex threats to stakeholders
