Responsibilities
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Implement and maintain advanced threat detection systems (SIEM, EDR)
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across networks
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Generate executive-level security reports and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with SOC/NOC operations
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ (required)
- Expertise in threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Splunk, CrowdStrike)
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks
- Strong scripting abilities for security automation
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- BS in Cybersecurity or related field
