Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide threat detection and incident response operations
- Design and implement advanced security controls for cloud/on-premises environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for high-value clients
- Develop security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain SIEM configurations and optimize threat hunting strategies
- Present security posture reports to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with SOC/IR background
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (e.g., GCIH, GCFA)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and zero-trust architectures
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
