Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and document prompt engineering frameworks for GPT-4, Claude, and custom models
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize prompt efficacy and output quality
- Develop guardrails for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Create reusable prompt templates for enterprise clients across healthcare and fintech
- Analyze model behavior patterns and iterate on prompt architectures
- Document best practices and build internal knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with UX teams to align prompts with user experience goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise in Python and API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI deployment preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimental design
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
