Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
- Automate provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to refine CI/CD pipelines and reduce deployment times.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or software development.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a flexible, remote-friendly capacity.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
