We're seeking a cloud-native expert who thrives in high-impact environments. You'll lead migration projects to AWS/Azure, implement IaC solutions with Terraform, and mentor junior engineers. Our hybrid model offers 3 days/week in our downtown Pittsburgh office with flexible Fridays.

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for 500+ enterprise clients
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Optimize cloud spend with FinOps tools and architecture reviews
- Lead disaster recovery planning and compliance audits (SOC2/HIPAA)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams on zero-trust architectures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices
- Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana) and observability
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Security-first mindset with IAM and network security expertise
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex distributed systems
