Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure architectures for 10TB+ data environments
- Lead Kubernetes/Openshift deployments with CI/CD automation
- Optimize cloud costs using FinOps methodologies
- Implement IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Conduct security audits and compliance frameworks (SOC2/ISO27001)
- mentor junior engineers through technical workshops
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on SRE best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Strong Python/Go scripting capabilities
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Architect or equivalent
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid environments
- Background in financial services or healthcare compliance
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
