Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, implement, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Build and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all cloud environments adhere to industry security standards and compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud resource usage and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining performance.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Write and maintain Terraform scripts for automated provisioning and management of resources.
- Performance Tuning: Proactively monitor system health and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal application performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or system administration.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux, Python, Bash scripting, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- IaC Tools: Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
