We're seeking a dynamic Senior Cloud Engineer to architect, implement, and optimize scalable cloud solutions for Fortune 500 clients across Atlanta's thriving tech ecosystem. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 3 days/week while collaborating with our cutting-edge downtown Atlanta team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, security, and performance
- Lead migration projects from on-premise to multi-cloud environments
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
- Implement monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance automation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Certification (AWS Solutions Architect/GCP Professional)
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
