Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Automate deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud migration strategies and modernization initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Implement robust security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA) across all cloud environments.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or Azure services.
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation tasks.
- Active certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) is a plus.
