Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/Azure infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead Kubernetes deployments and container orchestration initiatives
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Implement robust security frameworks and compliance controls
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical cloud systems
- Mentor junior engineers and document cloud architecture decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization technologies
- Advanced knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
