Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous, complex decision-making.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging quantum algorithms into standard ML pipelines.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in building predictive models for market and biological forecasting.
- Establish new industry standards for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and accountability in autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to design seamless neural interfaces between human cognition and digital systems.
- Optimize large-scale data pipelines for real-time inference in edge computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and foresight.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership or architectural roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Rust for high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or delivering enterprise-grade AI products.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, fairness, and explainability in algorithmic design.
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract future concepts into tangible technical specifications.
