Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the architectural decisions for integrating Generative AI models into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical assessments to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with ethical AI guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
