Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-throughput, low-latency edge computing environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data security, model governance, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and real-time data processing pipelines (Kafka, Spark).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
