Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 Horizon project, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers to drive innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to secure buy-in for high-stakes projects.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and data pipelines to ensure optimal throughput and accuracy.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., AGI, quantum computing integration) and integrate them into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
