Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures targeting the 2026 deployment roadmap.
- Design and optimize large-scale transformer models for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate research papers into production-ready code.
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates within the innovation lab.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
