Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced deep learning algorithms for Project 2026.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for massive-scale data processing.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to validate new AI methodologies and architectures.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world enterprise workflows.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for AI model governance and security.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers within the R&D team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in machine learning research and software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
