Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models targeting the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Design scalable architectures for high-volume data processing and inference.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready code.
- Define best practices for AI model governance, transparency, and performance.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
