Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that are specifically optimized for the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex optimization problems currently deemed unsolvable.
- Edge AI Optimization: Develop and deploy efficient machine learning models for edge devices, focusing on ultra-low latency and energy efficiency.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI readiness, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) that will define the industry in 2026.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor a team of high-performing engineers to ensure technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols for AI models to prevent adversarial attacks and ensure data sovereignty.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum error correction is highly desirable.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle high concurrency and massive data volumes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
