Responsibilities

- Create documentation and best practices for prompt deployment and maintenance
- Conduct research on emerging AI capabilities and prompt techniques
- Train and mentor junior prompt engineers on equipment utilization
- Implement ethical AI practices in prompt design and deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and prompt engineering frameworks
- Experience working with enterprise-grade AI models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to optimize prompts for accuracy, efficiency, and bias mitigation

- Security clearance eligibility (government projects)
