Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for high-velocity environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics in AI, and model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or theoretical knowledge of quantum algorithms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
